Credit Card Checkout

Credit card checkout on Primary Sales Contracts is currently facilitated by Sardine and Transak (with other payment service provider(s) support coming soon).

Setup

Once you’ve deployed your primary sales contract, please reach out to the Sequence team and provide your primary sales contract address, chain, chosen price currency, and an audit report (if not using our primary sales contracts) for whitelisting. Once we’ve heard back from our payment service providers on your whitelist request, we’ll let you know and provide you with any relevant information (such as your TransakContractId).

Whitelisting your contracts with the payment service providers can take some time! Please plan ahead and do this early as we may not be able to expedite this process for you!

Transak

Once you’ve received your Transak ContractId from the Sequence team, you’ll want to create an instance of TransakContractId.

TransakContractId contractId = new TransakContractId(contractIdStringFromSequenceTeam, saleContractAddress, chain, priceTokenSymbol);

You’ll want to call ConfigureSaleContractId on your IFiatPay instance and provide your TransakContractId from the snippet above before GetNftCheckoutLink.

How it Works

At a high-level, the way it works is that the payment service provider’s APIs/contracts are given the appropriate permissions to mint collectibles from the collection contract.

When the user is directed to the web-based checkout payment flow, we include the required transaction calldata for the payment service provider to execute. Upon completion of payment by the user, the payment service provider signs and executes the provided calldata - minting your user the collectible(s).
